It's an accident where another driver was responsible for the collision. As the non-fault party, you're entitled to have your vehicle recovered, repaired or replaced, and to be provided with a replacement vehicle while that's arranged.

We arrange recovery of your vehicle and secure storage for as long as it's needed while your claim is being handled.

A like-for-like vehicle, matched to the specification and terms of your previous car — including prestige vehicles where appropriate — so there's as little disruption to your routine as possible.

Usually until your own vehicle is fully repaired, until payment is received at the agreed pre-accident value, or until you buy a replacement vehicle in the case of a total loss.

Yes. We provide vehicles for social, domestic and pleasure use, for travelling to work, for running a business, and for taxi-licence work.
